#options values usually have to run through t() for translation

Thanks for working on this, seems there is a fair amount of scope creep in the patch. Can you keep it to just the options translate-ability please? Ideally as a merge request, but fine if patch if you are not sure how. Thanks!

I have checked and confirmed that the reported issue has been fixed in 1.0.x-dev.

I'm not quite sure what I am being asked to review here... issue summary and patches are all over the place with no clear goal, lots of scope creep. Sorry but I cannot see how this is RTBC...
