I think the module and library is too broken to do anything with now. It will need a full ground up rebuild to work with the way Instagram authenticates.

@_renify_ i have tested this patch, its working fine and found no compatibility issue, but after activate the module, i used this module block on the region, then i didn't get any feeds through this module

Contributing with my own patch. It worked fine in my D10 instance.
Patch 10 works in D9 and the Upgrade status module moves it from a problem module group to the "Compatible with next major Drupal core version" section–no problems reported after scanning.
