UI Styles CKEditor 5: Drupal 10.1 support

I'm getting error "TypeError: i.toolbarView is undefined".
I've added UI styles to full html format, so when I switch from basic html to full html, I see following error in browser console.

Need to discuss if opening a new branch or increasing minimum requirements in 8.x-1.x branch.

Thanks @grimreaper for you efforts, this PR is not applying for me on both 1.5 release as well as dev release.

This has been discussed in the monthly meeting 📌 [Monthly Meeting] UI Suite Initiative 2023-08-01 Fixed . No new branch. We do not have the bandwidth to support multiple branches.

And once again broken with latest 10.1.x version. Iassume due to https://www.drupal.org/node/3379650 → .

Hum after recompiling with CKE 39.0.0 it is once again ok...
