Implementing the ability to add descriptions without actually adding them was intentional: Creating these descriptions is a "docs mindset" task that could take several rounds of review to get right - composing those descriptions should get the attention it deserves without blocking or distracting from the feature itself

This one has a clearer title, at first I confused "Add descriptions" to mean adding the feature, which we already have.
