Without ui_patterns_library patterns defined in yml files are not found

Problem/Motivation

In #3183584: Remove dependency ui_patterns:ui_patterns_library → the ui_patterns_library dependency was removed, but without that module, the documentation in the video doesn't work. Is there a preferred way to load patterns without the .ui_patterns.yml files?
