Can Ouibounce be configured to work on mobile/touch-based devices?

Problem/Motivation

Ouibounce works quite well on devices with a mouse, such as desktop and laptop computers. However, when I test it with a mobile phone, I can't seem to trigger a popup. Is there a way to configure Ouibounce to show a popup on mobile devices under certain circumstances, e.g. when the back button is pressed, or the user has scrolled down and then has started scrolling up (see https://wisepops.com/blog/mobile-exit-intent for an article on this)?

Steps to reproduce

Create a ouibounce block. Verify it works on a desktop browser. Then try triggering it from a mobile browser.
