Problem/Motivation

I'm currently working on a form that has different fields displayed depending on its location on the site the message needs to be updated to reflect this. I also need to change the API request depending on some user input.

Proposed resolution

Add a RestRemoteHandlerMessageEvent handler that will allow developers to modify the rest message before it is sent.

Implement the same functionality for SOAP requests
