Give "Sync" link (tab) in user profile a more clear name or a description

Problem/Motivation

The current "Sync" label might be a bit unclear. Having mutliple modules installed, where user Sync might make sense, like Mailchimp for newsletters, the "Sync" is to general.

If a description for the link is possible, it should provide details.
The title should perhaps be named "Sync user (Subman)" for now? Of course it would be even clearer to name the used service, like Billwerk, but I guess that might be hard and if needed, can be doe by altering the title in the custom module.
