Fix change of entity_embed as embed route name

Problem/Motivation

Due to the wrong route name, the gallery is not displayed correctly in the editor.

Steps to reproduce

Given that an embed Gallery entity was added to the CKEditor for a text format
When viewing in the Editor
Then the Gallery will not show with the right editing preview
But at the front-end the gallery will show up with full functions
