Unable to change admin user password

I created a merge request. The only thing I changed from your patch was to add a space after (int), for coding standards.

I reviewed the code (looks good to me, as the user ID is cast to int at other places in the module), but I didn't test it, as I don't use that functionality.

If it works for you, I'm going to call it RTBC.

I just noticed that the patches in 🐛 Unable to reset user password on non-ldap accounts Postponed: needs info also include this change (comments #11 and #12).

#3251947 also includes one other change.
