Offer to co-maintain Block List Override

Attempted to send a PM to KarenS, but she doesn't have her contact page publicly available.

This is the _last_ module we need a D10 release available on before we can cleanly upgrade this specific site to D10.

It has now been over 14 days since this was opened and I received no communication back from Karen. Off to the next issue queue.

KarenS last logged in a month ago. I am going to contact her.

Hello Karen,

I am contacting you because Lucas ( https://www.drupal.org/u/heddn → ) offered to co-maintain Block List Override ( https://www.drupal.org/project/block_list_override → ), a project for which you are project owner and sole maintainer.

May you post a comment on https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3367741 → about accepting or declining the offer? Without a publicly visible comment posted in that issue in the next 14 days, Lucas will be probably made co-maintainer (and will have all the permissions on the project, except the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers).
None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed. A co-maintainer cannot remove the existing co-maintainers/maintainers nor change the project owner.

I am contacting all people with the explicit permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project. In this case, that is just you.

I changed status, since we are waiting for a reply.

Looks like it's been over three weeks since the last attempt to contact the maintainer. Is there any update on this?

I added heddn as co-maintainer (with all the permissions but the one to administer maintainers/co-maintainers).

@heddn Can you please roll a new release for D10?
