D7: All Quant API form fields should be required

Problem/Motivation

Right now, the only API form field that's required is API Endpoint. The other text fields should be required as well:

  • API Organization
  • API Project
  • API Token

These are already required in the D9+ version.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install quant_api module
  2. Go to API tab
  3. Note the required fields

Proposed resolution

Make the other fields required except for Verify SSL.

Remaining tasks

  1. Update code
  2. Review and test
  3. Commit :)
