Thank for the patch. There's a couple problems with this issue:
- Olivero has been moved into Drupal core (please see the project page). All issues should be logged against that.
- The problem is not defined
- The patch breaks the layout of the theme.
Not sure what's going on now, but closing this. If there's an issue with the theme, please re-open it within the Drupal core issue queue and clearly state the problem and how to reproduce the problem (screenshots help).
