D9: API tab has "API Customer" in Drupal 7 and "API Account" in D9+

Problem/Motivation

This issue focuses on the D9+ version. D7 is addressed here: 📌 D7: API tab has "API Customer" in Drupal 7 and "API Account" in D9+ Fixed

A customer reported they weren't sure how to fill in the API form because it said "API Customer" and they hadn't looked at the Integrations page in the dashboard.

When viewing the API tab for both versions, the UI isn't consistent between Drupal 7 and 9+.

Steps to reproduce

Install quant_api module and go to Quant's API tab:

  • D7 shows "API Customer": /admin/config/services/quant/api
  • D9+ shows "API Account": /admin/config/development/quant/api

Proposed resolution

"Customer" isn't used in the dashboard except on the Integrations page. To be consistent with other text, this should be changed to "Organization" (or "Organisation" until the dashboard is updated to American English).

For the module, change both to use "API Organization" since the dashboard will be updated at some point soon.
