Module should not say it is compatible with 9.7

📌 Update requirements for 3.x Fixed we said the module is compatible with 9.7 which doesn't exist and never will

but this is very very confusing because this also shows on the project page

We should eliminate this do this only in tests if we need do this at all

Closing as a duplicate of 📌 Don't declare compatibility with Drupal 9.7, which is not a thing Fixed , where this is fixed.
