Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10 work has been tested and merged.

A Drupal 10 release candidate should be created so users have a numbered version to work against. This could be a beta or RC.

If maintainers do not have time for this, I would like to be added as a maintainer to create this release. See my profile - I have a lot of experience maintaining modules and creating releases.

If there is already a plan to release, please detail and update this ticket.
