Is there any specific activity you can actually do because your account has not been confirmed? An account that has not been confirmed can be used to post issues (as you noticed), comment on existing issues, post on the forums, and create most of the content available on drupal.org. - Status changed to Fixed

As long as we have a reasonable certainty that someone has joined with a legitimate interest in the community (and is not a bot or spammer) we can go ahead and confirm. I've confirmed this account.

Unconfirmed users should be able to post patches, but sometimes Honeypot trips up and won't let them. There is a note about this problem in the second "lightbulb" box on our Become a confirmed user → -page.
I think this would have been resolved instantly if Stanzin had told us that he had tried to post a patch but the system would not let him.
@Aditya4478, I understand you're mentoring this user. I couldn't help noticing that he configured his test for re-testing every two days – see 📌 Refactor Claro's button stylesheet Fixed . The DA pays real money to maintain its CI testing infrastructure, and re-testing a non-critical CSS patch every two days is IMHO going to waste some good money.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
