Documentation for the context parameter in the tsi command

Gashunk → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I updated the README and added some context related tests.

I did run PHPCS and edit the documentation.

This looks good to me!

Maybe n1k wants to have a look too. But I set this to RTBC for now.
