Remove composer.json, so tests run inside issues again

Problem/Motivation

There is currently a weird issue, where tests do not run, when the composer.json is manually created instead of being auto generated by Drupal.

    Mhm I guess this is a case where it would be better to figure out the root causes, because composer here has parts like

      "drush": {
    "services": {
      "drush.services.yml": "^9"
    }
  }

    and if I remember correctly, that was for reasons ...
