Migrations already tagged migrate_generator https://git.drupalcode.org/project/migrate_generator/-/blob/8.x-1.x/src/...

so we can remove group support with migrate_plus dependency

removed usage of migration_group for generating (and removing) migrations

Tags is used instead now
