ckeditor_abbreviation 3.0.x not yet compatible with D9.5.x

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 9.5.x supports both ckeditor5 and ckeditor4, is there a reason why the 3.0.x version (and 4.0.x version) of ckeditor_abbreviation is not compatible with D9?

The reason is, using the upgrade_status module we can upgrade our contrib modules to be compatible with Drupal 10 prior to upgrading to Drupal 10, so we're going through one by one all our contrib modules getting them upgraded while still using Drupal 9 however this project doesn't allow us to do that and is the first one I've encountered this way.

D9.5.x should be 99.99% compatible with D10.0.x afaik, very close to 100%
