Incorrect work inner #states logic.

Problem/Motivation

I found the problem with the #states logic when you select "textfield" value at the "Answer widget" the "Answer rows" block doesn't become invisible.

Steps to reproduce

Add the faq field to your content type. Go to the "Manage form display" and try to change the "Answer widget" value.

I applied the above MR on my local machine using Drupal 10.1.0-dev with FAQ Field v8.x-7.1. It is working properly
I have added the test steps and Attaching the screenshot for reference.Please review.

Setup Drupal with FAQ Field v8.x-7.1

Enabled FAQ Field module

Apply MR - https://git.drupalcode.org/project/faqfield/-/merge_requests/4.diff

Go to Admin > Structure >Content types > Basic page > Manage form display > Change FAQ Answer widget value
