I am reaching out to all the current maintainers of the IP Consumer Auth project to
announce my offer to maintain the IP Consumer Auth project.  Drupal 10.0 was released
late 2022 and next week some time Drupal 10.1.0 will be released at
Drupalcon.  twig_remove_html_comments is a project that my group uses that needs a Drupal 10 compatible
release.  I am offering to take care of this for you all.
