Problem/Motivation

Other menu items are getting disabled when disabling one menu item on a subdomain.
This issues is introduced with the change in ✨ Filter menu items in admin overview Fixed .

Steps to reproduce

Log in as webmaster, or any role able to manage menu items but not admin, to a subdomain
Administer a menu list.
Disable a menu item from your active subdomain.
See that other items are disabled also.

Proposed resolution

Find another solution to hide non-active domain items.
