Filter menu items in admin overview

Problem/Motivation

The module shows all menu items in the menu overview. It could be a nice addition to filter the menu items in the admin overview for everyone except a user with the "administer domains" permission.

Steps to reproduce

Go to menu overview in domain A en domain B.
See that the menu items only assigned to domain A are also shown in the overview on domain B.

Proposed resolution

Filter the items in the overview.

Remaining tasks

Provide patch.
