Plan for 2.0.12 Release of Block Class

The only issue I was unsure about including in this release is ✨ Integration with Drupal core's new Layout Builder Needs review

Thanks great work @Chris Matthews, I added 📌 Update Project description Needs review as a child issue well.

Many of the related issues have holdings RTBCs or are on reasonable MR state while not committed. But the release 2.0.12 is out already. Which is very confusing. This should be untangled and reported to understand where to chime in if anything is left to do or if this all has been committed silently. Which would be a bad decision to trace back possible follow ups.
