I applied your MR !23 to my local and confirmed that the module's hook_help() was implemented, but the help page's detail is quite short if possible we can put more information there to really make it a help page for the users.

@vimal, I have reviewed & implemented the updated code on my Drupal website having version 9.5.9 & PHP version - 8.1
I am confirming that hook_help has been implemented successfully. The more info on the hook_help page seems to be perfect.
