Implement hook_help()

I applied your MR and it worked for me the module has now the hook_help() method, but an error appears after applying the MR.

@vimal, I have reviewed & implemented the updated code on my Drupal website having version 9.5.9 & PHP version - 8.1
I am confirming that hook_help has been implemented successfully. As you can see in my attached screenshots.
I am adding a patch for it for someone to review.

@Raveen Thakur, why do we require a patch if we have already created MR ? If everything is fine in my MR, you could have moved my ticket to RTBC ?
