Fix warning for undefined array key "start_date"

Problem/Motivation

When using views to create a report with charts, I get the following error:
Warning: Undefined array key "start_date" in /var/www/html/public_html/modules/contrib/google_analytics_reports/src/Plugin/views/query/GoogleAnalyticsQuery.php resulting in the chart not being displayed (unless I hide the errors).
