Module Service improvements

Some improvements could be applied to the ContentAiService class:

Correct the injected service name in contentai.services.yml (openai.services is not a valid service)
Move class to the module root
Fix phpcs issues
Add methods return types
Complete the PHPDoc of some methods
Use the StringTranslationTrait instead of t() function
Include the config.factory service using dependency injection
