Content of issues pushed to left on mobile devices

Seems to be caused by the credit and committing section because if you collapse it the issue is gone.

The "Issue metadata", "Issue summary & relationships" and the "Credits and committing" fieldsets wrap us ok without provoking the issue, but the "Files" fieldset does it.

I'll see if I can find a fix for this.

There is the class "mobile-table" that could be applied to the "Credits & committing" table, but it does NOT look good.

The mobile table only looks good for some types of table. Here we can put an overflow-x on the files table and let it horizontally scroll.

I also noticed the font size is changing in the "Credits & committing" fieldset depending if it's collapsed or not. When it's collapsed the font is larger then when it's open.
