Aliases not updated for child book nodes

Problem/Motivation

When using Book module and saving a book node which has child book nodes, the alias for child book nodes doesn't get updated.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Book and Pathauto modules.
Create Pathauto pattern for Content, Book nodes with "/[node:book:parents:join-path]/[node:title]".
Create book node named "Parent" and set the Book outline > Book to "- Create a new book -".
Create another book node named "Child" and set Book outline > Book to "Parent" book node.
Edit "Parent" book node by changing the title and save the node.
Check "Child" book node path (it's not updated to the new "Parent" book node title).

Proposed resolution

Quick fix can be, that whenever a book node with child nodes is saved, all its child nodes are also saved, since it updates their alias.
