Problem/Motivation

AssertionError: assert(is_array($normalization) && static::hasNoNestedInstances($normalization) || is_string($normalization) || is_int($normalization) || is_float($normalization) || is_bool($normalization) || is_null($normalization)) in assert() (line 40 of /var/www/html/web/core/modules/jsonapi/src/Normalizer/Value/CacheableNormalization.php)

Steps to reproduce

Configure the module as Readme explains, on D9.3.x with last jsonapi_extras version.
Try to GET a webform submission.
