Allow icon location to be selectable on a per link basis

This is a new feature request.
We have the ability to select the icon location per content type, or per block type.

But id like the ability to be able to select the icon location on a per link basis.
So anytime i add a link, not only do a get the normal fields such as link, text, and icon, but also the icon location.

Assigning this ticket to myself to work on it.
