Problem/Motivation

Getting error click on send sms submit button in Phone Verification page.

Getting this error "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

Error: Call to a member function twilioUserSendConfirmation() on null in Drupal\twilio\Form\UserSettingsForm->submitForm() (line 174 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/twilio/src/Form/UserSettingsForm.php).

Steps to reproduce

1) Go to people - admin/people
2) Edit any user user/1/edit
3) click on Phone Verification tab and enter phone number in phone number filed and click on send sms button
