SMTP Authentication Support - create a short description

Work done at DrupalCon Pittsburg.

Why would someone want to use this?

Allows emails from the site to be sent directly through an SMTP server instead of PHP's mail() function.

I think the description could be improved for non-technical purposes.

This is my suggestion:

Allows email to be sent from the website to an external SMTP email server or email service.

As a non-developer, the description in #4 is more clear.

Updating IS and moving to RTBC
