There are some issues:
1.
Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires drupal/core 10.0.7 -> satisfiable by drupal/core[10.0.7].
- drupal/core 10.0.7 requires php >=8.1.0 -> your php version (8.0.28) does not satisfy that requirement.

testing configuration no longer available
3. Furthermore it would be nice to have automated tests on issues (MR's). Currently you have to upload the diff patch and trigger tests manually.
