Issue with empty hook_help() implementation in the Media Gallery module

Problem/Motivation

I have noticed that the media_gallery_help() function in the Media Gallery module provides an empty implementation for the hook_help() hook. This means that there is currently no help text provided for the module, which can be confusing for users trying to understand its functionality and usage.

Steps to reproduce

Download and activate the module and visit its help page.

Proposed resolution

To improve the user experience and provide helpful documentation, we need to update the media_gallery_help() function to include meaningful help text that explains the purpose of the module and provides instructions on how to create and manage media galleries.
