Ooh! I love #2 the best, the style, colors, and the tools in the middle. BUT, I really like the non-circle arrow idea from #3.

I think if we had #2 but with it's arrows just left/right that would be the winner for me. :)

I liked Migrate_Tools_3.png best of @Antonina Pavlenko's logos from #7 best, so here's a preview:

They are all very good, but I think I have a slight preference for #5, so my +1 goes to that.

I have confirmed that all three are PNG images, have a resolution of 512x512, and a file size under 10K.
