I like this! I'd just like to make a couple changes for clarity.
"Enables data to be imported or exported in CSV format. This allows it to be read by text editors or spreadsheet programs, meaning users can easily move data into and out of into other applications."

Clearly describes what the module does and what it's uses are. 197 characters.
