Thanks @urvashi_vora I personally like #3 for it's simple representation of a person. What do you think about adding some indication that there will be information about the person, besides just a person icon? A couple of lines to the right of the person icon within the blue background circle? I am not a designer by the way, so if you or others have thoughts, please wiegh in.

I felt all of the earlier logos lacked something, but I think Leslie's suggestion was spot on, and you've executed it brilliantly.

I have confirmed the image is a PNG, and is 512x512 pixels, and file size is under 10K.

This one is +1 from me.
