I have prepared previews of the proposed logos.

This one doesn't quite work for me. The brush around the outside suggests painting an image rather than applying effects, and it gets a little lost at small sizes.

This one is nice. I like the colourful image. If it wasn't for the next one I would be backing this one.

I think this one is great. I like the concept and the simple execution. This is the +1 for me.

I can confirm all 3 logos are PNG images with a resolution of 512x512 pixels, and a files size under 10K.

+1 for #4 by Dandolorion.

I also think Image_effects_1.png by @Dandolorion is good. The other options were well thought out and designed as well. Thanks to all who contributed to those.
