Missing modules in 2.1

This still not fixed modules are missing

I am also getting missing module issues on all versions when installing via composer. Missing modules include:

mercury_editor_layouts
mercury_editor_tabs
mercury_editor_style_options

Those modules have been intentionally removed in the 2.1.x branch, as indicated in the 2.1.x dev branch release notes → . I added that info to the 2.1.0-alpha1 release notes → as well.

This issue is that a fresh install of 2.1 is not possible as it still has a dependency on those modules, which are missing.
