I confirm (in case opening the issue isn't clear enough ;) ) that I agree to transferring ownership of Configuration Synchronizer, Configuration Normalizer, Configuration Provider, and Config Snapshot from me (nedjo) to uarizona.
These related modules are part of a set of work I've contributed to that provide functionality for Drupal distributions. Developers at uarizona have capably taken on significant maintenance work on the set of modules. As I prepare to move on from work in Drupal, I'm very pleased to be able to leave this work in their hands as well as other current and future co-maintainers of the projects.
Thanks!

Thanks for all of your work on this @nedjo

Since per the Accounts section of the Drupal.org terms of service → those using organizational accounts "are not allowed to [. . .] comment on nodes", signoff on behalf of uarizona will be done by joegraduate → (Joe Parsons), who, as can be confirmed on his user account, is Web Architect, Campus Web Services for University of Arizona.

Thanks @nedjo. I hereby confirm that the
uarizona
organization account was created by me. Speaking on behalf of theuarizona
user I approve this transfer of ownership request (since theuarizona
user is not allowed to comment on nodes per the terms mentioned by @nedjo. We at The University of Arizona ( joegraduate → , tadean → , and trackleft2 → ) accept the responsibilities associated with project ownership for these projects. - Assigned to gisle
