Navigation second third level theming not good

Problem/Motivation

Implemented the creation of a second and third level menu within the Olivero theme. However, the current visual appearance of the menu does not meet the desired standards and requires improvements in the theming of the menu levels.

Steps to reproduce

  1. set up the olivero theme with version 10.0.x.ddev
  2. create a third-level menu admin/structure/menu/manage/main
  3. change number of level to 4, admin/structure/block/manage/olivero_main_menu?destination=/admin/structure/block

    Adding a patch to fix the spacing issue of top and bottom, i have created a patch for that, and adding a before and after Screenshots for the same.

    Hi

    Tested the patch 3359636-3.patch, it's removed the padding from menu item, so the navigation second/third level theming looks better than before. attached a screenshot for reference.

    Tested Step:
    1. Drupal setup 10.0.x and moved on olivero theme.
    2. Add some menu on items links on the path 'structure/menu/manage/main'.
    3. Applied the patch, and verified the changes.
