Offering to co-maintain Social Auth Twitter

Problem/Motivation

As part of the work process to update the Social API → , Social Auth → modules and extra extensions from ~3.0 to ~4.0.0 readiness project adoption, I would like to become a co-maintainer of this module to review any current issues and create a Social API ~4.0 release per:

Proposed resolution

Review my profile and, if approved, add me as co-maintainer with appropriate permissions to merge code, manage issues, and create releases.
