Week view - Sunday event is missing when Week starts from Sunday

Problem/Motivation

When Drupal is set Sunday as a Start Day of the week, the Sunday in week view shows nothing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure Week start day is set to Sunday in Drupal Configuration.
2. Create a new event on Sunday.
3. Try to find out newly created event on Week View.

Proposed resolution

As debug, when to set for weekly view, it fetches events without consideration of start day settings.
