CSS styles are too loosely targeted and conflict with many themes

I have installed version 3.3.2 with core 10.1.x-dev, and I haven't encountered any theming-related issues for the backend theme. Could you please provide more details on where you are experiencing conflicts or issues with this code?

Hi. This loose targeting is not only affecting the backend theme. It also affects the frontend theme for logged in users (with permission to use admin toolbar).

Notice the blue background color on the menu item in the attached screenshot.

This has been an issue for me as well.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of ✨ Tabbing order does not satisfy 508 accessibility requirements Needs review I think we should discuss and try to fix the issue there. A new release coming in the next few minutes reverting all the code, I missed some commits on the last revert.
