Settings meta-informations missing in library page

Problem/Motivation

Settings are not display in the meta-information table of the library (/patterns) page

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

The template patterns-meta-information.html.twig need to be overrides.
I've found a fix in the UI Suite Bootstrap theme template override :
