Consider future integration with Help Topics module

Problem/Motivation

The Help Topics module (expected to be merged into the core Help module) is a core experimental module that provides an innovative method for modules to supply help topic information as .twig files.

Would it be worthwhile for Project Browser to scan project repositories for help topic files? Just noting that a project has help topic files would be useful information for site maintainers. If it was possible for Project Browser to give access to help topics prior to installing a module, that would give a lot of extra information to site maintainers prior to installing a module.

It would also be good for Project Browser to add help topics of its own.

This is not MVP, but would be an enhancement to consider for the future.
